Privacy
Lake Charles Demolition is a quote-request service. This page explains what we collect when you ask for quotes, who gets it and how to ask for it to be deleted. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form, plus a few technical details the form adds. The form asks for:
- The property: the town, the street address or parcel number, and how trucks reach it.
- The structure: size, stories, basement or crawlspace, garages and outbuildings, and anything known or suspected such as asbestos, an oil tank or lead paint.
- The job: what should be left, permit or notice status, target start date, any deadline, whether you want to salvage anything, and your notes.
- You: your name, whether you are the owner, an heir, a landlord, a builder or someone else, your email address and phone number, and the best time to reach you. You must give at least an email or a phone number.
When you submit, the form also records the page you sent it from and, from your browser's session storage, the first page you landed on and the site that referred you. This tells us which page produced a request. It is not kept in your browser after you close the tab.
If you message us on WhatsApp instead, we receive whatever you send, including photos, and your WhatsApp number.
Who receives it
Your request is emailed to us. We then pass the details to independent local demolition contractors who may quote the job, so they can contact you directly. Those contractors are separate businesses. They decide what to do with the details you give them and are responsible for how they handle them. We are not a contractor and do not do the work.
We use your details to pass on your request and to contact you about it. We don't ask for payment details, and nothing on this site needs them.
Services we rely on
FormSubmit. The quote form sends your request through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service that delivers it to our inbox. FormSubmit handles the data on our behalf and has its own privacy terms.
WhatsApp. The WhatsApp button opens a chat with a message prefilled. If you choose to send it, WhatsApp, a Meta service, handles the conversation under its own terms.
Email. The email button opens your own mail program. Anything you send goes through your mail provider.
Hosting and fonts. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
Cookies and analytics
At the time of writing, this site does not run analytics and sets no tracking cookies of its own. If that changes, for example by adding Google Analytics, this page will be updated to say so. The services above may set their own cookies or collect technical data when you use them.
Keeping and deleting
To ask us to delete your request, or to correct it, use the button below and say which request it is. We can delete what we hold, but we cannot delete the copies that contractors already received; ask them directly, and tell them if you want them to stop contacting you.
Changes
If we change how requests are handled, we will change this page and its date. The terms explain what the service is and is not. If you want quotes, start on the quote page, or message us on WhatsApp.
