Terms of use
Plain terms for using this site. Short version: we pass your job to independent contractors, they quote you, and everything after that is between you and them. Last updated October 2026.
What we are
Lake Charles Demolition is a quote-request service. When you send a request, we pass the details to independent local demolition contractors. We are not a demolition contractor, we do not own equipment or employ crews, and we do not do, supervise or inspect the work.
Using the site and requesting quotes is free, and requesting a quote does not oblige you to hire anyone.
The contractors
The contractors who receive your request are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, permits, safety, prices and work, and for any contract you make with it. Any agreement is between you and the contractor.
We do not check contractors' licenses or insurance for you, and we do not endorse any of them. Before you hire, check the contractor's Louisiana license and insurance yourself and get the scope and price in writing. How it works lists what to compare.
We cannot promise that any contractor will respond to your request, how quickly, or that a quote will suit you.
Prices and information
Prices on this site are typical market ranges published by third parties, with their source named. They are not our rates, quotes or offers, and no contractor is bound by them. Only a contractor's written quote, given after seeing the property, is a price.
The pages on permits, asbestos notification, blighted-property notices and parish orders describe what public sources said when we researched them. Rules, fees and forms change, and some details here may be out of date. They are general information, not legal, engineering or insurance advice. Confirm with the City of Lake Charles, Calcasieu Parish, the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality or a qualified professional before you rely on them.
Using the form
Give accurate information, and only request quotes for property you own or are authorized to act for, for example as an heir, a property manager or a builder working for the owner. We may decline to pass on a request that is false, abusive or spam.
What we do with your details is described on the privacy page.
Our responsibility
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the actions, work, prices or omissions of the contractors you deal with, or for losses that result from relying on information on this site. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
We may change these terms or this site at any time; the date above shows the latest update. Ready to ask for quotes? Use the quote form or message us on WhatsApp.
